Night bus

Once upon a time I had swear I would never take a night bus in India. We you see indian driving it seems like a safe and highly reasonable decision. However I wanted to travel and didn't have that much time, so I did it and forget about "safe" . Yesterday I took my first night bus between Nashik and Indore (12 Hrs).
I played it luxury and booked a sleeper seat (if you can call it that way). I knew I would be safe observing my down neighbour . He opened his cell phone (so far nothing suspicious) , kissed it , brought it to his head and did the same with is son. By that time I had figured out that he must have stored in the cell the picture of some god. Gosh I hardly know how to send SMS , so downloading pictures is out of my league !!!!! However I also felt protected and was ready for the journey.
It felt a little bit like being on a roller coster and I could see the time when I would be flying out of my berth. Luckily some iron pieces had been put to prevent that ! Thinking that a few minutes before I was actually cursing them and wondering who on earth had designed something like that !!!!! I should know by now that there is always a reason.
The next challenge was the horn. For a reason still unknown to me (can somebody please explain !) Indian drivers have to use (over use) the horn to signal whatever they are doing . I'm not even commenting on the various sounds used, I had never imagined (not even in my wildest dreams) there could me so many horn sounds. How boring we are we european !!!! My bus had a pretty loud one which at 1 am in the morning is not the most pleasant thing on earth !!!! Anyway I was prepared (for once) , fully ready with my earplug (I know not sexy but ...) and I made it through the night.
Ok enough with my bus story for now , let's move on
